Mining Employment Services is a specialised mining recruiter of qualified and experienced Contract and Permanent Professionals and Blue Collar employees to the Australian and International mining industry.
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders with previous mining industry experience who are actively seeking employment in the mining industry.
Applicants must possess the following:
Demonstrated experience working in a FIFO situation within the mining industry
Must have worked as an operator or trade qualified professional
Have relevant qualifications or trade certificates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
High levels of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
Strong safety focus with a high attention to detail
All applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent under section 51 of the Equal Opportunities Act of 1984.
