Our client is an Australian based gold producer, developer and explorer headquartered in Perth. Our client operates within two distinct project areas within Western Australia and they are currently seeking experienced Process Operators for their gold operation.
Job Requirements:
- Exposure to crushing, milling and Base Metals/ Gold;
- Manual C Class driver's license;
- Current Police Clearance;
- Bobcat / Loader / Forklift tickets required;
- ROM Loader Experience;
- First Aid qualifications - desirable;
- Working at Heights / Confined Space - required;
- Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing.
Position Duties:
- Operate all processing plant - Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, Crushing, Gold Room and Tails Storage Facility;
- Operate IT loader, skid steer, forklift and power tools in a safe and correct manner;
- Develop and participate in toolbox meetings, investigations, training;
- Ensure consistent achievement of budgeted production performance - tonnes treated, gold produced and plant recovery;
- Ensure that the treatment plant is operated in accordance with task instructions and operational parameters.
