Our client is an Australian gold producer, developer and explorer in WA and they are currently after a ROM Loader Operator. They continue to explore, discover and pursue opportunities on its path to becoming a long term, sustainable and profitable mineral producer recognized for delivering value to all its stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining a ROM pad with multiple Underground ore sources;
- Nationally accredited tickets and demonstrated experience operating Front End Loaders;
- A Current C Class manual driver's license is essential;
- Able to provide a National Police Clearance less than 6 months old that meets site requirements;
Position Duties:
- Performing daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment;
- Operating ROM Production Loaders and ancillary equipment as required;
- Ensuring Crusher feed blends and mill feed blends are adequately supplied;
- Effectively managing removal of all tramp material from ROM crusher feed;
- Effectively managing the removal of all oversize material;
- Maintaining accurate record of all material movement through the Loadrite reporting system;
- Liaising with and manage truck operators to ensure all loads are dropped in correct locations;
- Ensuring all ROM management Key Performance Indicators are achieved;
- Ensuring communication and direction between Underground dump trucks and Roads Trains are maintained.
