Planning/Organising of 'day-to-day' pit operations to ensure maximum returns for blast, digging and operations efficiencies. Interpersonal skills applied in working in remote based teams in order to achieve operational objectives. Communication skills (written & verbal) in liaising at all levels of the business from Pit Technicians to Mining Engineers and Mine Managers. Management skills developing in training, coaching and developing a range of junior staff including Graduates and Pit Technicians.
