Prepare, maintain and coordinate the weekly schedule through consultation with the Foremen, geologists, senior production engineer and ventilation engineers to meet the 3 monthly schedule. Ensure adequate resources are available to achieve the weekly schedules including fleet size, manning levels, services and materials, plans and other engineering directions. Develop, maintain and review all development Mine Planning Approvals to maintain 3 months of development approved. Liaise with production geology to ensure all Mine Working Instruction are maintained and the status of production and development ore is kept accurate. Identify any activities that are at risk of not meeting scheduled timeframes to the Underground Manager and recommend activities to be fast-tracked to meet scheduled timeframes. Identify and optimise areas in the Ming Operating Plans for mineablity and efficiency.
