 He has spent 10 months working in W/A as a sole site mechanic in the Pilbara region, looking after 5 explosive delivery trucks (Mobile Processing Units). He then spent time in Queensland as an onsite mechanic in the Bowen Basin again on MPU's. He is now back in the Hunter Valley working on the shift roster for several different mine sites, working on a variety of heavy mine equipment. This includes working onsite with Liebherr on their shift roster performing defect repairs and planned component change outs to electric drive dump trucks. He has also spent time doing a full install work on heavy vehicle collision avoidance sensors and RF systems, including reversing camera systems. These were fitted to all types of mine equipment, including: EX3600 diggers, CAT 777 dump trucks, LeTourneau loaders and a full fleet of light vehicles. He carries out a variety of work at several locations around the Hunter Valley in the open cut coal mines including Vehicle servicing and planned maintenance, vehicle breakdown repairs and call out response, plant and Equipment servicing and repairs, Accident and damage repairs, PCR (Planned Component replacement), Have spent time on shift rosters at various mine site workshops Equipment and vehicles include: Drill rigs SKF and Redrill, Blast trucks (mainly Scania and Volvo) Downer EDI spec, Tread MPU body, Rebuild work on D10 and D11 dozers, Hitachi 4500 dump trucks, Liebherr T282 dump trucks, Light vehicles Washery shut down repair work, Conveyor belt shut down repair work, Cat 789 and 793 Dump Trucks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
