Our Client is a leading International resources producer in Central Asia, currently seeking a Concentrator Wet Process Area Construction Manager.
The Concentrator Wet Process Area Construction Manager is accountable to the Construction Manager and will be responsible for the following functions:
Key Accountabilities:
Implement and enforce the HSE Management Policies and Plan at site.
Schedule the area of the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
Work with the Contractor to determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with project norms.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients, representing the owner and construction Contractor as required.
Manage technical execution of construction contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with Construction Manager, Project Director and Contracts Manager.
Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses have been acquired for construction.
Preferred Candidates will possess:
Technical University degree (Bachelor, Masters).
Minimum 15 years of experience, preferable on large capital projects (including SX/EW plants and copper concentrators).
Must have expat experience.
Must have cold climate experience.
Good communication skills - verbal and written both internally and externally.
Multicultural team execution experience and mentoring.
Previous experience in the FSU will be highly regarded.
Working Schedule & Conditions:
Working schedule will be FIFO - 8 weeks on 2 weeks off.
Accommodation, meals will be provided on site.
Transportation to/from site will be provided by Company.
