Our Client is an Australian company that has a long and important association with the Pilbara region of Western Australia. They are currently looking for a Refrigeration Maintainer, FIFO Perth Only.
Primary Purpose:
This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing Refrigeration systems to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, in accordance with site procedures and instructions. It is important for this position to work as part of the maintenance team, to carry out safe, efficient and prompt inspections, servicing, maintenance and repairs of equipment. This position must also adhere to plans and schedules, and actively participate in the achievement of individual, team and business goals.
Work Experience:
ESSENTIAL
At least 2 + years' experience in the maintenance of refrigeration equipment in heavy industrial applications
Experience in the use of Computerised Maintenance Systems
DESIRABLE
Experience in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office programs (outlook, Excel and Word)
Maintenance of Refrigeration Systems commonly used in the Iron Ore Industry
Qualifications/Tickets/Licences/Accreditation:
ESSENTIAL
Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning)
Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning
Current drivers licence, C class manual
DESIRABLE
Certificate IV in Engineering (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning)
A grade electrical worker's licence endorsed "electrical fitter and/or electrical mechanic" issued under the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991
Medium Rigid (MR) drivers licence
Dogging (DG)
EWP
Confine Space (CF)
