Our client requires an experienced HR & Administration Manager for their busy mine in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
This is a FIFO role from Perth, Western Australia only with an immediate start.
The HR & Administration Manager is an integral part of the team, providing efficient and courteous administration services and financial functions, combined with HR processes and understanding.
Essential Criteria:

Raising and approving requisitions in Pronto - purchase orders, goods receipts.
Month end accruals, ordering stationery and office services.
Contracts - paperwork and procedures re contractors on site including labour hire.
All travel and accommodation requirements bookings, checking, approving and processing.
Payroll processing. Provide training for office personnel concerning reception duties, accounting responsibilities, policies and practice.
Appointment letters for Mines Department.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
Able to liaise with all personell on site in a professional and efficient manner.
Easily pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
