Our client, an ASX-listed gold mining and exploration company proudly based in Western Australia, is currently seeking experienced Boilermakers to join their team at one of their gold operations.

Job Requirements:

Metal Workers Trade Certificate;
ARC & MIG welding and oxy cutting experience;
Experience with reading and working to drawings;
Processing plant preventative maintenance programs experience;
Working at Heights & Confined Spaces Tickets desirable.

Position Duties:

Perform welding and cutting tasks on CIL tanks, transfer chutes, structural repairs, fabrication works, and weld repairs;
Operate hand and power tools - shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment, grinders, and carbon rod gauging;
Welding of mild steel and stainless-steel components;
Cutting, preparation, and installation of chute liners;
Detect faulty operation of equipment and/or defective materials or products;
Respond to call outs as required.
