Our client, a Western Australian ASX-listed gold explorer with a significant high-grade gold deposit is currently seeking a Process Operator to join their Gold Project which sits in a major gold district.
The processing plant is renowned for its modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art technology. It is designed to handle significant volumes of ore with efficiency and precision. The plant features advanced milling and leaching circuits, ensuring high recovery rates and operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
- Current Western Australian driver’s license;
- Experience in process control and SCADA systems (CITECT) (desirable);
- Confined Space and Working at Heights Ticket (desirable);
- Forklift Ticket (desirable);
- Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment;
- Reasonable computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite..

Position Duties:
- Operate all processing plant equipment, including Milling, CIL, Crushing, and the Elution circuit;
- Safely operate the forklift, EWP, and skid-steer;
- Utilize process control systems using CITECT;
- Identify and diagnose plant items requiring preventative maintenance or repair;
- Proactively seek and implement ways to improve plant output and efficiency.
Experience
1 to 2 years prior experience in a gold processing plant role;
