Our client, an Australian gold producer located in the Eastern Goldfields, is currently seeking an Underground Mine Geologist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new underground operation.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification in Geology;
- Underground experience essential;
- Experience with Datamine;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment;
- Hold Australian working rights and current manual "C" Class Drivers license;
Position Duties:
- UG mapping, sampling and diamond logging;
- Geological, production and development reporting;
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting;
- Assisting the Senior Geologist in the design and coordination of drilling activities;
Experience
1-2 years’ underground experience in a similar role;
