Our client, an Australian gold producer is currently seeking a Pit Technician to join their team. The project includes a small high-grade mine producing over 200,000 ounces of gold since 2016.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Grade control, spotting, daily and weekly reporting;
- Forklift License (desirable);
- Current Manual Australian "C" Class License;
- National Police Clearance.
Position Duties:
- QAQC – adding QAQC materials to sample dispatch;
- Ore spotting and managing ore movement;
- Blast hole mapping, marking up ore blocks and ROM stockpile management;
- Grade control, sample pickup and dispatch.
