Our Client has significant mining operations throughout Australia and they are currently searching for a suitably qualified and experienced Metallurgical Superintendent to lead their technical group. If you have a record of achievement, are keen to be part of a dynamic team and looking to work for a premier company to develop your career, this is the position for you. 

Leading a highly focussed team of professionals, you will provide the technical support to the operations group in order to meet and exceed production and business targets.  Ensuring a team oriented environment, you will be able to accomplish your targets through process optimisation, innovative problem solving and definitive execution of plan.

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor of Engineering (Metallurgical, Chemical) or Bachelor Applied Science (Metallurgy)
• Operational and technical responsibility of unit operations preferably with a background in flotation.
• Management and facilitation of processing plant improvement processes.
• Strong desire to exhibit Company core values
