Our client is currently seeking an experienced Open Pit Geologist for a permanent role in WA.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in an open pit production environment along with sounds knowledge of grade control procedures, practices and resource estimation techniques. Your 2nd to none interaction skills with multi technical and production departments will ensure your success side by side with your flexibility and ability to complete requested projects within deadlines. Your role will also require you to liaise with exploration and resource departments on the variances with the resource model compared to grade control data and assist with target definition. Experience using Surpac will also be highly regarded.
This role is offered on a residential 5:2 basis. An attractive salary package offered to the right person!
