MAINTENANCE JOBS: 7022 - Underground Auto Electrician
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Underground Auto Electrician for their gold operation located in the Eastern Goldfields region. This will be a residential role based in Kalgoorlie and working on a family friendly 4/4 roster.
- Carry out equipment repairs, fault diagnosis and root cause analysis
- Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections
- Contribute to the effective management of maintenance functions by adhering to maintenance planning procedures
- Be proactive and look at ways to carry out tasks more efficiently and more cost effectively
- Willingly participate in training programs to improve trade skills base
- Relevant trade qualification as an Automotive Electrician
- Significant post-trade experience with underground mobile equipment such as Caterpillar Elphinstone, Atlas Copco and Tamrock.
- Experience with on-board diagnostics, software, electronic technician and RCT remote bogging systems
- Current automotive air-conditioning certification will be highly regarded
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and electronic diagnostics tools
- Basic knowledge of CMMS
