MINING ENGINEERING JOBS: 7562 - Senior Mining Consultant - Perth, Melbourne or Adelaide - Closed
Our client provides experienced mining professionals, processes and systems to deliver technical consulting services to Australian and International mining and exploration companies.
They are looking for an experienced mining engineer for a SENIOR MINING CONSULTANT role that they are currently wishing to fill. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with clients to ensure high quality business outcomes are achieved.
Ideally you will have previously held Senior Mining Engineering positions with advanced project management experience. The role would suit someone who wishes to use their mining engineering skills and take the skills in another direction.
This position may be based in Perth, Melbourne or Adelaide and will call for occasional site work.
This is for an immediate start.
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in Mining Engineering
- Minimum 8+ years experience in the mining industry in Open Pit or Underground mining
- Previously held senior mining engineering positions
- Advanced project management and mentoring skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent mine planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
