PROCESSING JOBS: 8286 - Mill Supervisor - Trainer - Expat
MES is currently seeking an experienced Mill Supervisor / Trainer for a successful gold operation in an overseas location.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous expatriate experience in a similar role and have a strong background in operator training, plant troubleshooting and optimisation of complex processing plants.
This is a challenging role and requires advanced operational and technical knowledge and well developed management skills.
Additional skills in writing procedures and SOP development / review will be highly regarded.
