MINE SURVEYING JOBS: 8339 - Underground Mine Surveyor

This permanent role is offered on a residential basis only.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- All mine survey activities for a defined operating area within the Copper Mine;
- Timely and professional delivery of survey control for development layouts, production drill mark-ups and miscellaneous layouts;
- Installation and maintenance of the mine survey control network
- Provide cavity monitoring stope surveys using Optech survey equipment;
- Updating of the mine development and stope actuals into the computer database.
The ideal applicant will possess:
- A Degree or Diploma Survey Qualification;
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Mine Surveyor, preferably in an underground metalliferous mining environment;
- Exposure to Surpac surveying software.
- Queensland Qualified Surveyor Status (or equivalent) will be well regarded.
