MINE SURVEYOR JOBS: 8358 - Underground Mine Surveyor - GOLDFIELDS
Our client is currently seeking the services of an experienced and qualified Underground Mine Surveyor for their operation in Kalgoorlie Western Australia.
Job Details / Experience Required:
- Working within and according to the site Health, Safety, Environment Management System(s) including contractor requirements where applicable
- Act upon any factors in the mining operation that may result in reduced safety and/or production attainment by communication and planning with technical team/Underground Production Coordinator and/or contractor(s)
- Provide expertise, assistance, systems and training to assist and improve quality, safety, productivity and cost benefit to the mining operations (including drill and blast)
- Manage and maintain surveying systems to ensure availability and quality of application at all times
- Work with technical team to ensure information and processes to optimize mining quality, safety and production are considered at all times during day to day mining operations
- Production of daily, weekly and monthly progress plans and volumes including blasted stocks
- Assist with mark-up, blasting, pumping or other duties as required
- A Degree or Diploma in Surveying
- 2- 3 years experience as mine surveyor
- Previous Gold Experience
