MAINTENANCE JOBS: 8734 - Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor
Due to continued growth and future expansion plans our client is seeking the services of experienced Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisors to work on Civil Construction contracts throughout the Pilbara of WA on a 2/1 roster
As a Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Management of a team of Mobile Plant Maintenance Personnel.
- Ensuring optimal utilisation of mobile machinery to limit down time.
- Maintain a high level of safety standards.
- Implementing best practice procedures.
- Continually streamline mobile plant maintenance activities.
- Identifying areas of improvement and to provide coaching and development strategies.
To be considered for the position of Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisor you will require:
- 5 yrs Mobile Plant Maintenance Supervisory experience in a civil construction environment.
- Experience in the maintenance of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi earthmoving equipment.
- Ability to lead, develop and mentor.
- Sound communication skills.
- You must be an Australian resident, hold a valid visa or permanent residency.
The salary is excellent and will be a package of $160 - $165K + super
