MINING ENGINEERING JOBS: 8878 - Senior Production Engineer - QLD - Closed
Our client is an Australian Gold company currently seeking a Senior Production Engineer for one of their underground operations in Queensland.
Reporting to the Underground Mine Manager you will be responsible for assisting the mining department to lead and manage the delivery of all production related activities including drill & blast, medium and short term planning, project planning management, mine design, ventilation and business improvement.
The successful applicant will ideally possess:

Tertiary qualifications in mining engineering

5+ years previous underground metaliferous experience

Mine Managers Cert of QLD is advantageous

Experience with Mine 2-4D, Datamine EPS and MineCad is preferred.

Ability to mentor and coach other members of the team
