MINING ENGINEERING JOBS: 8947 - Drill and Blast Engineer - WA
Our client is a top Australian Iron ore producer currently seeking a Drill & Blast Engineer to join their team.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

Designing Drill and Blast patterns
-
Preparing daily and weekly drill and blast schedules
-
Analysis and performance improvement
-
Providing planning services in short, medium and long term
-
Supervision of junior engineers and other technical staff in their day to day activities
-
Project work as required
To be considered for this role you will require:
-
Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering
-
2+ years experience in mining operations (Iron Ore advantageous)
-
Excellent communication skills
