We are looking for seasoned professionals to handle the portfolio of Structural Senior Draftsman. THE ROLE:

• Carry out detailed design & documentation of civil or structural projects including commercial, industrial, institutional, resources, infrastructure & residential.
• Build inventive teams by leading and coaching draftsman and designers, focus on new thinking and innovation
• Be responsible for resourcing and resource allocation. Be focused on quality whilst able to meet set deadlines
• Provide technical oversight, checking, peer review and detailed input as required
• Establish excellent relationships with clients and their project management teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of Diploma of Civil and Structural Engineering
  

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate would have:

• At least 7 years of post-qualification experience
• Proven, current design experience within the Australian market
• Worked in either the construction or resources sectors; such as commercial/industrial buildings, infrastructure, large structural projects, industrial plants, etc.
