GEOLOGY JOBS: 7125 - Exploration Manager
Our client, a project developer with projects in Australia (WA & Victoria), Africa and the North America, is seeking the services of a highly qualified and experienced Exploration Manager.
This position, to be based in their West Perth offices, will require a gifted individual with the drive to help develop a company from Greenfield's to production status. The incumbent will both manage the company's exploration activities and become it's corporate face.
To be considered for this exceptional role, candidates will require the following attributes/skills:-
- Tertiary geological qualifications.
- Ideally 10-15 years experience in a similar role in a range of commodities (base metals, gold, uranium & iron ore preferred).
- Corporate mining experience, or the enthusiasm to learn (corporate support can be provided).
- Preferably the ability to be considered a "competent person" in various commodities for reporting requirements.
- Must be prepared to travel to both interstate and international projects from time to time.
