The Senior Resource Geologist based in WA is responsible for the accurate estimation and reporting of the Company's Mineral Resources and Reserves, this includes all underground projects and Operations Mineral Resources.

The Senior Resource Geologist based at our Leonora Operations is responsible for the accurate estimation and reporting of the Company's Mineral Resources and Reserves in the Leonora Region, this includes all underground projects and Operations Mineral Resources.

This position will liaise with Operations personnel to ensure timely and accurate grade control models, Mine to Mill reconciliations and to maximise resource optimisation. This role will also contribute to the evaluation of opportunities to increase the Company's Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve inventory by exploration, discovery and acquisition.

To be considered for this role you will have a relevant tertiary degree in mining or geology ideally with 5-10 years experience in the mining industry.  You will have experience in mine production and planning along with exposure to Mineral Resource estimation techniques and Mine Reserve studies. 

This role will also provide mentoring and coaching to the Geology department therefore you will be required to draw on your strong leadership and communication skills.
