Since 1995, Mining Employment Services has established itself as a niche recruitment specialist in supplying quality personnel into the mining and resource sector throughout the world including Australia, Africa, AsiaPac and Europe.

Due to the economic upturn and the healthy outlook for our growing business, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team who has both the desire and commitment to excel in the continued development of our market sector.

The successful candidate will enjoy the responsibility of managing their own specialty area and backed by a well established database of quality candidates and expanding client base and a high level of administration and peer support, have the potential to reap the rewards of a successful career both financially and in job satisfaction.

You will need to bring a commitment to the ongoing development of your business in a professional and ethical manner, excellent communication and people skills with the drive and focus to set and achieve your goals and most importantly, you will bring a sense of humour and the capacity to deal with multiple issues without losing sight of what we are trying to achieve as a team.

This role would suit an experienced consultant with a background in recruiting for the mining sector and the desire to be in control of their own professional development, with only their own limitations put on their earning potential.
