Your role requires the management of all mechanical maintenance works as well as providing technical input to capital projects. You will work closely with processing personnel to identify plant problems and implement solutions that improve safety and productivity.

Strategic maintenance management plant includes the following key areas of responsibility:

• Manage direct report mechanical leading hands and maintenance planner
• Provide high level technical support to maintenance personnel as required
• Driving continuous improvement in maintenance systems
• Management of preventative maintenance programs
• Manage maintenance planning
• Preparation of budgets and associated forecasts
• Maintenance cost management
• Monthly reporting
• Assist with recruitment of maintenance personnel
• Statutory and regulatory compliance
• Development of critical spares and inventory schedules

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Minimum, trade qualifications as a Mechanical Fitter with not less than 5 years experience in a senior mechanical superintendent role
• Computer literate in office products and MS Project. Pronto experience would be an advantage
• Highest regard for safety and an appreciation of a safe work environment
