Our Client is one of the major global mining houses operating across commodities and they are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Concentrator Superintendent for their base metal operation in an overseas location.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and will enjoy a hands on approach, to provide technical direction and leadership to their processing, maintenance, metallurgy and operations staff.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification in Metallurgy or Mineral Processing.
- 5-10 years of experience in technical, or operational roles, within the Mining Industry
- Highly developed skills and knowledge in mineral processing and the flotation process.
- Exceptional interpersonal and man management skills
- Management and facilitation of processing plant improvement processes and the ability to drive change.
