Our Client is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Processing Manager for their gold operation based in Western Africa
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for all mineral processing and associated functions including fixed plant maintenance.
- Ensure delivery of all key performance indicators within agreed cost parameters
- Provide leadership and technical expertise to departmental staff
- Identification and implementation of technological and operational improvement opportunities
- Ensure that OHSE focus is maintained across the whole site
Education/Skills/Experience:
- Hold a degree in Extractive Metallurgy or a related discipline
- Have extensive management experience in a production environment with a strong working knowledge of mill and leach processing functions and a minimum of 10 years gold experience.
- Strong focus on OHSE and excellent people skills
