MINING ENGINEERING JOBS: 8380 - Open Pit Senior Mining Engineer - WA - Contract or Contract to Perm - Closed
Our client is a successful gold producer with a new operation about to come on line and an increasing project list. They are currently seeking a Senior Mining Engineer - Open Pit to join their professional team.
Education and Experience:
- A degree in Mining Engineering
- Unrestricted Quarry Managers Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in open pit
- Strong skills in Surpac
- D&B design and analysis
- Working knowledge of mine management requirements
The roster is 2 weeks on 1 week off, all personnel on site work this, and there is a modern village with good facilities such as dry and wet mess, gym, multi sport court, pool (under construction), telephone and Internet in all rooms. Flights are direct to the site airstrip.
We would look at a 3 month contract position with a view to permanent role for the right candidate with an immediate start.
