MINING ENGINEERING JOBS: 8401- Mine Planning Engineers WA
On behalf of my client who is one of the largest global gold producers, I am looking for Senior UG Mine Planners and also Junior Planners. The company has established themselves as one of the world's premier gold mining groups and is positioned to further develop their presence in Western Australia.
The Senior Planning Engineer primary focus on reserve estimation, LOM Scheduling, capital projects and budgets. The position operates in an environment that focuses on safe, cost-effective production; technical excellence.
Qualifications and Experience required;
- Tertiary Qualification – Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) or equivalent
- First Class Managers Ticket or close to achieving
- 6 Years Underground experience
- 2 Years experience as a Long Term Planning Engineer
- 1 Years experience as a Short/Medium Term Planning Engineer
- 1 Years experience as a Drill and Blast Engineer
- Advanced PC skills and computer literacy
- Detailed knowledge of Mine Planning Software
