MAINTENANCE JOBS: 8100 - Maintenance Superintendent
Our client is situated in the North West of Western Australia. They are currently producing and exporting tonnes of bulk salt annually to a growing Asian food and chemical market. They are now looking for a experienced Maintenance Superintendent to join their team. This is a Residential position, with free company housing.
Requirements for this position.
- 3- 5 years experience working in a similar role.Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance planning process and long-term maintenance.
- Knowledge of statutory maintenance requirements.
- Knowledge of heavy industrial/mining maintenance processes and practises.
- Be able to identify, locate and purchase maintenance spares.
- Analyse and predict trends and manipulate data within a computerised maintenance system.
- Assist in the development of a strategic maintenance plan.
- Produce annual operating and capital budgets.
- Assist in equipment development and specification programs.
- Sound computer skills within Microsoft Office.
- Significant supervisory experience.Relevant engineering or trade qualification.
- Experience in Pronto will be highly Desirable.
- Be able to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card.
