Our Client is a Perth based ASX listed gold producer with a market capitalisation of approximately A$300m and annual turnover of A$200m from their operations both here in Australia and overseas.
They are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to take on this senior management role as Mill Superintendent.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the operation and be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role; experience in Africa will be highly regarded
Job Information
- Safety compliance and improvements
- Environmental compliance and awareness
- Cost effective recovery
- Asset management and maintenance strategies
- Continuous improvement initiatives throughout the mill
- Budgets and cost control
Qualifications and Experience required:
- 5 years previous experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the complete gold process, flotation experience is essential
- Previous experience handling budgets
- Proven ability to management high volume staff
- Strong understanding of HSE issues and mining legislation/ regulations
