Currently looking for an experienced Process Manager for a 2 month contract

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all mineral processing and associated functions are performed safely with no harm to employees or the environment
• Ensure delivery of all key performance indicators within agreed cost parameters
• Provide leadership and technical expertise to departmental staff
• Identification and implementation of technological and operational improvement   opportunities

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Hold a degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering/Metallurgy or a related discipline, preferably with a post graduate business qualification
• Have extensive management  experience in a production environment with a strong working knowledge of mill and heap leach processing functions
• Have collaborated as an integral member of a multifunctional management team to generate maximum tonnage and gold recovery in line with forecasted expectations
• Have experience managing large scale complex mineral processing technologies
• Have a sound understanding of legislative issues within the Australasian region that affect operations
• Have overseen multiple simultaneous complex projects including but not limited to trialling new technology, new processing methods, tailings dam and heap leach expansion projects
