PROCESSING JOBS: 7991 - Mill Shift Supervisor - WA
Our Client is currently developing an exciting resources project and requires an experienced Mill Shift Supervisor to oversee the commissioning of the plant and to build a successful Processing team.
About the role:
-
Assisting in the commissioning of a complex processing plant
-
Safety compliance and improvements
-
Environmental compliance and awareness
-
Cost effective recovery
-
Continuous improvement initiatives throughout the mill
-
Training & development of the workforce in all areas of the processing plant
Position requirements:
- 5+ years of mineral processing experience
- Background in supervisory or front-line management roles within the resources industry
- Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment (highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of mineral, chemical and/or refinery processes
