PROCESSING JOBS: 8285 - Mill Supervisor / Trainer
Our Client has a requirement for an experienced Mill Supervisor / Trainer for their recently commissioned overseas operation.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous expatriate experience in a similar role and have a strong background in troubleshooting and optimisation of CIL and gold flotation plants.
This is a challenging role and requires advanced operational and technical knowledge and well developed time management skills.
A further background in operator training, writing procedures and skill development packages will be highly regarded.
