MINE SURVEYING JOBS: 7172 - Senior Open Pit Mine Surveyor - 8/6 Roster! -CLOSED-
Our client, a base metal producer with a long standing operation in the northern Goldfields, is looking for an experienced Senior Open Pit Mine Surveyor to help run its operations.
The incumbent, reporting to the Mine Superintendent, will supervise a Mine Surveyor and survey crew and be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the open pit operations. This will include grade/volume control, reporting, database management and mentoring of junior staff members.
This position operates on a family-friendly 8 days on/6 days off fly in/fly out roster from Perth. A market-rate remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
To be considered for this role you will require:-
- A minimum of 5 years open pit mine survey experience, with a minimum 2 years of this in a supervisory role.
- Tertiary Survey qualifications.
- Excellent survey software skills (particularly Surpac).
- Minimum Grade 2 Authorisation.
- Be based in Perth.
