MINING ENGINEERING: 5681 - Senior Mine Planning Engineer
Our client is a leading independent Australian Iron Ore company.
They are currently seeking a SENIOR MINE PLANNING ENGINEER to join their team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the mine designs for the project for use by the contractors and mine planning departments
- Maintain and update the mine schedules for the mining contractor to meet the plant production requirements for tonnes, grade and impurities
- Assist in the development of the mine planning and grade control systems
Experience and Skills:
- The successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Mining or Civil Engineering
- Relevant professional experience in mine planning within the Iron Ore Industry
- WA Quarry Managers certificate will also be highly regarded
- Exposure to mine planning software such as Surpac and Datamine are essential

| Salary Range: | $130,000k - $160,000k |
