Our client is a leading Nickel producer.  They are seeking the services of a Senior Site Administration Officer, on a 8/6 Roster, FIFO Perth.

The role is offered on a permanent basis.

The role is to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Administrative function for the site Operations:

In summary, the role requires:

• Management and supervision of on site personnel, contractors and visitors, including the arranging of catering, accommodation and transport;
• The producing of reports for budget and quarterly forecasts, fringe benefit tax and the presentation of KPI's
• Management of camp including but not limited to catering contract, camp maintenance standards, cost management, stock control and camp inspections;
• Support department managers to assist in their targets, provide training, assist in managing accounts payable and provide support to the corporate office along with monitoring process flows to streamline work processes;
• Accounting - develop, maintain and reconcile the Asset register. Check, record and review Capital Expenditure, Reconcile balance sheet accounts;
• Stores - Manage stores to ensure timely stock takes, assist with implementation of changes and conduct stores inspections;
• Contract/Policy Management - Collate information for insurance claims and annually review insurance policy;
• Purchasing - Raise purchase order requisitions as required, follow up orders, arrange for delivery of goods and negotiate with suppliers;
• Human Resources - Assist new starters with medicals, Contracts, Uniforms and PPE;
• Train and manage receptionist in their duties and responsibilities;

The site and camp facilities are of a very high standard.

The salary being offered is very competitive and dependant upon skills and experience can range between $100k and $120k.
