UNDERGROUND MANAGER
Our Client, located in the South Eastern Goldfields of WA is currently seeking experienced underground managers for their underground gold operation.
The mine is well established with multiple lodes in a geologically complex environment, providing a wide range of technical challenges. The management team is committed to a continuous improvement process to further enhance the safety and economics of the mine.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, direct and lead the underground mining team
- Daily and monthly production strategy
- Review of budgets, forecasts and reporting
- Strong emphasis on mine safety and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mining Engineering
- WA First Class Mine Manager's Ticket
- 8-10 Underground Mining experience
- A willingness to work in a team
- A desire to achieve and to be challenged
The role could either be residential or FIFO with a 9/5 roster.
If residential the Company would supply subsidised housing for single or married employees
The Company will cover reasonable relocation expenses to site, on the provision of 12 months continuous employment
