My client is looking for a degree qualified Mine Planning Engineer with underground experience for approximately 3 months on contract and an immediate start.
9/5 FIFO Roster (pay one day travel) 12 hour day - Short and long term planning - Surpac, Mine 2-4D, EPS
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing short term mine plans
Detailed mine designs
Scheduling of short term mine plans
Various other projects as needed
Development in to long term planning
Liaising with mining contractors
To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and attributes:
Experience in underground planning
Working knowledge of mine planning software
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Degree qualified Mining Engineer
