Our client is in the process of completing the commissioning of their operation and is currently seeking an experienced and tertiary qualified Production Superintendent to oversee the safe production in a metallurgically challenging and diverse processing plant.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation and maximised production of the processing plant.
About the Position:
Planning of processing activities
Monitoring plant performance
Identify and recommend processing improvements
Demonstrated leadership
Review processing operations to ensure compliance with established processing guidelines and systems
Requirements:
5-10 years’ experience in a base metal operation
Tertiary qualification in extractive metallurgy or similar
Supervisory experience
Experience in crushing, HPGR, milling, gravity circuits and copper flotation will be well regarded.
