On behalf of my client I am looking for two Production Coordinators for a 6 month contract with the potential of moving in to a permanent role.
You must have solid mill relining experience as well as supervision and team management - This position will also be looking after the day crew and contractor management.
Core Responsibilities
Day Crew development and growth
Process Plant Contractor management including cost tracking and spend
Tracking mill liner orders
Input to mill liner design and optimisation
Reline planning, scheduling and execution
Experience
Minimum of 10 years minerals processing plant experience, 5 of which at a people management level.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and schedules
Previous proven experience with mill linings and lining systems.
