On behalf of my client, I am looking for a production/project metallurgist with experience in copper flotation for a short term contract of up to 6 months.
Most of the work will involve future ores testing and mineralogical analysis so this will be a hands on role and you will need to demonstrate the ability to interpret data and collate reports
You will need to have the following:
Tertiary qualification in extractive metallurgy or mineral processing
Minimum of two years experience in base metal flotation, preferably copper
Experience with CPS will be well regarded
Exerience with gold processing and ILR operation (Acacia)
Strong metallurgical accounting
Demonstrated ability to perform flotation testwork
This is a FIFO Perth role and the succesful candidate will be offered an attractive day rate
