Including human resource, safety and environmental considerations (1990 to present); Budgets: preparation and maintenance of operating and capital budgets valued at between $3.5 and $6.4 M (1990 to present); Computing: Microsoft applications (1995 to present); Surpac (1996 to 1999); Micromine (1989 to 1995); and ArcView (1996 to Present);Tenement Maintenance: statutory financial and technical reporting requirements (195 tenements), liaison with mines departments, application and monitoring of competitor activity, etc (1987 to present); and EHS: implementing and ensuring compliance with both company and governmental occupational health and safety, environmental and heritage policies in the region as they relate to exploration.
