Investigated, analysed and developed solutions for a variety of grade control problems. Proven ability to focus teams on working together to deliver results to deadline. Prioritized daily grade control activities and delegated within team to consistently fulfil demanding requirements. Produced results for ongoing long term projects while meeting daily grade control targets. Ability to listen, engage and build relationships across the organization and with contractors. Increased metal recovery by developing a regular communication with metallurgy department. Maximised effectiveness of RC drill contract through persistent communication with planning department and drill contractors. Experience using MineSight, AcQuire and Centric, SURPAC.
