The Geotechnical Superintendent reports directly to the Manager Mining and will plan and schedule the geotechnical program to ensure it supports and meets operational objectives.&amp;nbsp; Key responsibilities of your role will be to: Develop and maintain geotechnical modelling and seismic systems for the orebody; Ensure current and accurate geotechnical information is maintained; Review mine geotechnical performance on a daily basis; Ensure mine development is in accordance with geotechnical standards; Joint development of mine production targets with production and planning personnel for approval by the Manager Mining; Actively formulate and execute continuous improvement projects. The Senior Geotechnical Engineer is a key part of the Mining Team, who is responsible for advice, planning and methodology to optimise underground, open pit, waste dump, mine design and mine infrastructure development through the application of rock mechanics principles.
