Specific experience is required in Crushing, SAG Milling, Ball Mill and CIL and applicants must have a strong commitment to the continued training and development of their staff and be highly motivated team players. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 10 years experience with at least 5 years supervisory in a similar role and previous offshore experience will be highly regarded.
