						<description>  Overseas Location   Major Gold Producer   Challenging Career Role        Our Client is a Perth based ASX listed gold producer with a market capitalisation of approximately A$300m with operations in Australia and Africa.  They are now seeking an experienced person to fill the role of Mill Superintendent at their operation in East Africa, processing 3 MTPA.   Specific experience is required in Crushing, SAG Milling, Ball Mill and CIL and applicants must have a strong commitment to the continued training and development of their staff and be highly motivated team players.   The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 10 years experience with at least 5 years supervisory in a similar role and previous offshore experience will be highly regarded. They are looking for a suitably qualified Metallurgist or Chemical Engineer to take on the Senior Role of&amp;nbsp;Operations Process Manager.
