HR / Recruitment Officer with Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management.
Provide prompt and accurate HR advice to management on issues including contracts, pay rates, recruitment, performance management and disciplinary issues.
Responsible for end to end recruitment in a variety of roles including professional Engineering, administration and blue collar technicians.
First point of contact for employees with issues in regards to employment contracts, policies and procedures and payroll issues.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.).
